Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €30. For orders of €30 or less, the available delivery methods and shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery destinations and estimates

We deliver to many destinations across Europe and worldwide. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and see the estimated delivery time for your location.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and peak periods. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the carrier and tracking details to the email address used for the order after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully before payment. If an order has not shipped, contact support@themodecove.com as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, check with household members, neighbours and the carrier first, then contact us with your order number.

Taxes and customs

Taxes or import charges included at checkout will be shown before payment. If local duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the destination authority or carrier may charge them separately.
