Returns & Refunds

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This includes the 14-day withdrawal right available to eligible consumers in the European Union and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

To request a return, email support@themodecove.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and address. Unauthorised returns may be delayed.

Return condition

Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging, together with proof of purchase. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order goods, opened sealed hygiene products and gift cards may not be returnable where permitted by law. Sale or clearance pricing alone does not remove applicable statutory return rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs and your order number. Where an item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Return costs and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. No restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked; bank processing times may vary.
